We provide ethics training for CPAs and CFEs as well as general ethics.  All of our classes are designed to satisfy ethics requirements for Tennessee CPAs as well as CFEs.

Some of the classes we offer include:

A frog placed in a pot of boiling water will immediately jump out.  However, a frog placed in a pot of cool water that is slowly heated will adjust to the gradual changes in temperature until it is too late to jump out. Similar to the frog, someone who enters the gray area of ethical behavior - the pot - may not notice their gradual decline into unethical behavior.  This class identifies gray areas and the ways people often rationalize their behavior in these gray areas until it is too late.
